Introduction

Jugabani Samaj Kallayan Sangstha is a non-profitable, non-political, non-government organization working with the rural people in the area of the exhibited the sleeping moral value and norms of human being though motivational work and also believe that it can be sustains through employment creation. Now Jugabani Samaj Kallayan Sangstha believes that to raise the sleeping values and norms of human being through employment creation. To establish these ideas Jugabani Samaj Kallayan Sangstha has been started the social work in the year of 1994 and registered by the department of social welfare vide Reg. No. T BA-0684/1994. The Organization is also Registered with Microcredit Regulatory Authority. Reg. No- 00244-00343-00326.

Mission

To raise the consciousness of the rural and urban people in the area of values and norms, duties and responsibilities of citizen of Bangladesh though motivation, awareness development employment creation.

Vision

Exhibited the sleeping moral value and norms of men and women for building a patriotic and philanthropic society in the country.

Goal

Strengthen the capacity building of rural, urban poor & disadvantage people through various leadership and awareness development training in community level and providing productive support to poor & helpless families.

Jugabani Samaj Kallayan Sangstha is working area where the activities are running I nth upazila of Tangail Sadar, Basail, Kalihati, Delduwer, & Sakhipur under the district of Tangail.

Staff

Group of dynamic and energetic staff are implementing the activities to achieve the goal of the organization headed by and efficient Executive Director.

Finance & Accounts

To make legitimacy and transparency the organization has to evaluate its program twice in a year and financial audit has been made by the authorized chartered Account’s farm.

Executive Committee

The organization has a 07 members\s of Executive Committee are elected by the 21 members of general committee for a period of 03 years. It performs all responsibilities on behalf of the general Committee

Development philosophy

Development philosophy of Jugabani Samaj Kallayan Sangstha is based on the conviction that the paramount need of the people is not relief nut release the way to develop their potentialities for personal, social, economical and educational growth and development. Jugabani Samaj Kallayan Sangstha believes that man is the centre of all development initiatives. It aspires for a society free from starvation, oppression and exploitation, where every individual will be able to live in peace and harmony and able to enjoy the rightful share of the resource belonging to the society.

Future Action Plan

Intensification of on going program of socio-economic development of the community and to under taken need based program for its sustainability.
